What You Can Request
GENN-HANN supplies sample pieces across our full stainless steel product line, cut and finished to the same standards used in production runs. This includes strip, coil, sheet, CSP hardness material, pre-coated coil, and precision-cut or polished pieces. We also provide samples of standard parts such as bolts, nuts, and bearings for buyers evaluating fastener or component sourcing.
Samples are available across seven steel grades, which lets buyers compare corrosion resistance, hardness, and formability side by side before committing to a purchase order.

Precision & Certification Verification
Every sample cut on request is measured against the same ±0.01mm tolerance we hold on production orders. Our cutting, slitting, and polishing lines run under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 (formerly ISO/TS 16949) certified processes, and we hold ISO 13485 for buyers sourcing material for medical-grade components.
This means the sample you receive is not a hand-finished mock-up—it is produced on the same equipment, under the same inspection controls, as your future production batch. We can include mill test certificates and dimensional inspection reports with sample shipments so your incoming quality team has documentation to reference during approval.

How to Request a Sample
Because we operate as a small-batch workshop with annual capacity under 500 tons, we can accommodate low-quantity, custom-dimension sample requests that larger mills typically decline or delay. This flexibility has supported buyers across automotive, industrial machinery, and construction sectors—the three markets our sample requests most often come from.
- Send us your drawing, target grade, thickness, and tolerance requirement.
- We confirm feasibility against our current cutting, slitting, and polishing equipment.
- We produce the sample piece and inspect it against your specification.
- We ship the sample along with any requested certification or inspection documentation.
For buyers outside Taiwan, we have shipped samples and production orders to over 50 countries, so international documentation and export handling are part of our standard process, not a special request.
