While these certifications govern our manufacturing and quality processes rather than IT security specifically, the same documentation discipline applies to how we store customer records, quotation files, and correspondence — access is limited to staff who need the information to serve your order.
We retain inquiry and order-related records for as long as necessary to support ongoing business, warranty, or traceability requirements common in automotive and industrial supply chains. If you request that we delete your contact information after an inquiry is closed and no order or ongoing relationship exists, we will do so upon written request.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your company information with third parties except in the following limited cases:
- Logistics and freight forwarders, solely to arrange shipment once an order is confirmed.
